Farah Khan on Bollywood celebs demand for multiple vanity vans: “Until the vans don’t come, they…”

Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan, who is known for directorial ventures and distinctive choreography style, has always grabbed audience’s attention for various reason. Farah Khan recently opened her YouTube channel where she has posted her vlogs.

In a recent revelation during a YouTube vlog discussion with TV actor Dipika Kakkar and her spouse Shoaib Ibrahim, Farah revealed that some actors won’t work until their fleet of four personalized vans arrive on set. She emphasized, “Until the vans don’t come, they don’t act. Nowadays, each actor has about four vans for themselves, one is for their gym, one is for their staff, one is for them, one is… then the food truck comes, that’s separate.”

Reflecting on the transformation of on-set amenities, Farah reminisced about simpler times when actors would make do with minimal facilities, changing behind trees and makeshift partitions during outdoor shoot. However, she highlighted a star shift towards opulence, with actors now insisting on lavish vans equipped with state-of-the-art features, ranging from gyms to customized meal preparation areas.

Farah Khan’s revelations offer a glimpse into the evolving landscape of Bollywood’s behind-the-scenes extravagance, where luxury and comfort take centre stage, often at the expense of traditional simplicity.
