Jawan has been garnering massive love from fans and audiences across the world, making Shah Rukh Khan yet again the Badshah of Indian Cinema. Along with fans, even co-stars cannot stop gushing about the charm, generosity, and love they received from the megastar, and Eijaz Khan has been one of them. While he has, in the past, shared a few posts about his work in Jawan and about working with the superstar, in a recent post, he took a trip down memory lane, as he recalled his first collaboration with the star and also mentioned how it played the most important role in his career.
Did you know in 2000, Eijaz Khan shared the stage with Shah Rukh Khan? In a recent post on social media, the popular actor revealed that he was one of the background dancers in one of the musicals performed by Shah Rukh Khan in Wimbley, which was a tribute to the late actor-filmmaker and Indian cinema legend Raj Kapoor. Eijaz also revealed in the caption about how this show was responsible for his acting career.
Sharing this throwback video, Eijaz wrote about the ‘full circle’ moment, saying, “From here to JAWAN… my first performance with @iamsrk”. He not only added details about the musical but also revealed how this show helped him get his first acting job. He continued, “#wembley #2000 #showmanofthemillenium , a tribute to the late RajKapoor saahab.. (This is where MrsZarinaScrewwala spotted me and offered me an acting gig. This put me on the path I am on today ). Choreographed by the genius @ganeshhhegde”.
