Disha Patani calls Kalki 2898 AD director Nag Ashwin  a “creative genius” and Prabhas the “sweetest co-star” in appreciation note

Disha Patani, who portrays the character Roxie in the sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD, recently took to her Instagram stories to express her gratitude towards the film’s team. Despite having a brief role, Patani’s experience appears to have been positive.

Patani lauded director Nag Ashwin, calling him a “creative genius.” She specifically commended his ability to weave Indian history and science into a captivating sci-fi narrative. She further shared that conversations about anime with Ashwin were a highlight of her time on set.

She also extended her thanks to Prabhas, who plays the lead role in Kalki 2898 AD. She described him as “the sweetest co-star ever” and acknowledged his considerate nature towards everyone on set.

The actress additionally recognized the contributions of women in leadership roles within the production. She specifically mentioned Priyanka Dutt and Swapna Dutt Chalasani, expressing that they are inspirational figures. She also thanked her own team for their hard work in bringing her character, Roxie, to life.
