A whirlwind of Bollywood magic and nostalgia hits the sets of the dance reality show Dance Deewane as its contestants set the stage on fire with its extravagant celebration of Hindi films but standing out among them were Yuvraj Yadav (four years old) and Yuvansh Sen (five years old). They paid a tribute to Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi by performing on songs from Munnabhai MBBS and their performance left judges Madhuri Dixit and Suniel Shetty along with guest judge Bhagyashree, so impressed that the actor even called his friend, Dutt after their performance.
This spellbinding dance featured the dynamic duo donning the looks of Munnabhai and Circuit as they recreated ‘Subha Ho Gayi Maamu’ and ‘M Bole Toh’ from the cult classic Munnabhai MBBS. And it even had the judges cheering for more! Wowed by the performance, the show’s co-judge Suniel Shetty said, “Maza aaya you know maine kabhi socha ni tha Sanjay Dutt aur Arshad ke alawa koi kar sakta hai Munna bhai aur Circuit lekin inhone bakhubi nibhaya (I had so much fun. I never thought that apart from Sanjay and Arshad anyone else can pull of the characters of Munna bhai and Circuit but you guys did an impressive job).”
Soon after he gave them the play button, Suniel reached out to none other than the original Munnabhai aka Sanjay Dutt himself as he video-called his Kaante co-star. He was eager to witness the spectacle unfolding on stage. Sanjay Dutt was not only thrilled by this surprise call but also with Yuvraj and Yuvansh’s impersonation of Munnabhai and Circuit. Expressing his eagerness to watch the performance on television, he exclaimed he’s a huge fan of the two dancers. Overwhelmed with admiration for the two contestants, Sanjay Dutt gave them ‘jaadoo ki pappi’ instead of ‘jaadoo ki jhappi’.
