Bold and the Beautiful has Steffy Forrester looking like a vindictive ogre for her lone decision to pull the rug out from under Hope Logan‘s line on the CBS soap.
Sure, she’s going by the numbers, but Ridge Forrester and Carter Walton were willing to let it ride a while longer. But if she needed more evidence to back up taking an ax to HTTF, she should creep behind the FC doors.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is leaving a path of anger in her wake these days, starting with her stepsister. This week on Bold and Beautiful, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) vowed, “this is war” if Steffy ousts her clothing line.
Hope’s excuse for the line faltering is because Steffy ushered her brother out of the country. With Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) gone, his award-winning designs went with him.
Hope has a bunch of top-notch new designers working with her. Still, they’ve come up with nothing near the designs needed to keep the line afloat. But maybe Steffy might want to investigate why.
So, while Hope argues the point with the Co-CEO, who suddenly pulls rank, the Logan daughter might be forgetting something. It also wouldn’t hurt Steffy Forrester to snoop around, looking for where the problems lie for HFTF.
Steffy presents her financial findings, and then attempts to use this to make the demise of HFTF official. Next, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest a whirlwind battle emerges. Hope already ran to her mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) spouting her fury over Steffy Forrester.
So, Brooke likely forms her battle plan next. But if this were the real world, A Co-CEO, such as Steffy, would gather more ammunition regarding the problem. And she’d find plenty around the FC campus.
Hope Logan is a mess, between Thomas leaving her and her father marrying a woman most people hate, she’s not happy. So, her problems seem to pile high.
Then the company hangs everything on the new team. That’s RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz). These two cousins can’t be in the same room together. Hatred spews between these two, stemming from Zende’s night with a certain FC intern.
Speaking of the intern, that’s Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). She spends time at work gushing over RJ. But when she’s not too busy cooing, she’s breaking up fights over her between the cousins.
Today, Luna has a good idea of who her father is. After the cliffhanger Friday episode plays out with the DNA test, that reveal could come as early as next week. This likely means more time with her thoughts away from work on the horizon.
So, all Steffy Forrester needs to do is put her ear to a door or two. There she can listen to this design team who are slated to pull HFTF out of its slump.
Then she’d have plenty of evidence about why this can’t work on the CBS soap. Working together is too much to ask of the cousins. Then there’s Luna, well, she’s all over the place with her love life and possibly soon, with her dad.
So, if you think about it, sure, Steffy is vicious these days, but dropping HFTF, is likely good business sense. So, despite any other pleasure Steffy Forrester may derive from this on the CBS soap, it’s likely a good move from any Co-CEO.
