Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila’s Rescue Leads to Finn’s Bizarre Marriage Fix?

Bold and the Beautiful had Finn elated over discovering Sheila Carter alive last week, but the thought of his next task causes him some worry on the CBS soap. The spoilers have Finn facing the look of terror from his wife and eventually hearing some combative words from her family over the news of Sheila. But one odd thing comes with this rescue, and it’s a plus for Finn’s marriage.

Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila Carter Turns Into Dark Cloud for Finn

The elation Finn experienced over finding Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) alive soon fades. Instead, a feeling of doom likely builds as John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is about to tell his wife that his mother is alive.

During the mother-son reunion on Bold and the Beautiful last week, Finn made a promise to Sheila. The good doctor got caught in a whirlwind of happiness while at Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place with his newly rescued mother.

That’s when Finn said something that could create a path to the demise of his marriage. He vowed he would be part of his mother’s life. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will flip out at the news that Sheila Carter is alive and well. But Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say she learns something else. And this pushes her over the edge.

Leading up to that point, the Forrester daughter spends some time with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). She continues to share her thoughts with Liam about Deacon filling Finn’s head with crazy stuff. She’s fuming over Deacon’s theory that Sheila is still alive. So, a rude awakening is on the way for Steffy Forrester.

Steffy Forrester is likely flooded with emotions when Finn finally drops the bombshell about Sheila Carter.  Finn’s wife fears the danger that comes along with her mother-in-law. So, this means she starts looking over her shoulder again.

While Steffy is horrified that Sheila Carter is alive, she can’t fault Finn for that. But Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say John Finnegan’s next move sends her over the top in anger.

However disappointing it is to find out Sheila Carter is still alive, that part was out of John Finnegan’s control. But his wife can and will find fault with his attitude next week. The spoilers indicate that Steffy becomes livid when Finn expresses happiness over his mother still walking the Earth.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: John Finnegan’s Mother Wasn’t Killed by His Wife

With Sheila Carter alive and well, this works on two different levels for Finn. When Steffy plunged a knife into the chest of a woman that she thought was Sheila Carter, she had no time to think about the damage this would do to her marriage.

While John Finnegan didn’t blame her, he wrestled with the fact that his wife killed his mother. Steffy knew this, and she commented about this several times on Bold and the Beautiful.

So, for Finn, this takes the weight of the world off his shoulders, his wife didn’t kill his mother. This was something he had a hard time processing. Sheila’s resurrection is a win-win for Finn. First, he gets his mother back.

But most of all, he doesn’t have to live his life thinking his wife killed the woman who gave birth to him. This gets rid of the wedge that might have eventually come between them. In the last several weeks on Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy mentioned this to a few people. She knew that his mother dying by her hand weighed heavy on John Finnegan.

So, now with Finn agreeing to have a relationship with his mother, this could end his marriage. But, if not, the fact that Steffy did not kill her husband’s mother is a barrier out of the way of John Finnegan and Steffy Forrester’s future as a couple on the CBS soap.
