It seems that fans of Bigg Boss Marathi 5 are extremely disappointed with recent developments as buzz is that the reality show will end soon. The ongoing show, featuring Riteish Deshmukh as the host along with a host of interesting personalities, clashing and making their way to the trophy, will be going off air abruptly. We hear that the makers have decided to reach this decision after much contemplation to make way for the Hindi version of the same show hosted by Salman Khan.
The news update on the same has caused much uproar on social media with many netizens expressing disappointment over the decision. It is being said that the reality series was among the most popular shows on Marathi television and had retained the audience’s attention span with its share of fights and controversies. Sharing their grief over this decision to end it abruptly, fans have taken to the social media platform X to express their opinions. “Why are they ending such a successful show so early???? (Some rumours around) I cannot think of any valid reason… If they want Hindi BB to get trp so that why? Isn’t it unfair that a regional show doing so good is thrown off for the Hindi one?” asked an ardent fan of the Marathi show. Another one stated, “This season has a good trp and deserves to be extended but shame they are ending it early and not even completing 100 Days (thumbs down emojis)”.
For the unversed, Bigg Boss Marathi returned with its fifth season this year, marking the debut of Riteish Deshmukh as the host. The show also boasted of names like Nikki Tamboli, Abhijeet Sawant, Varsha Usgaonkar, Vaibhav Chavan, among others. As per the recent media reports, it is being said that Bigg Boss Marathi 5 will be airing its last episode on October 6.
