Popular actress Raveena Tandon hosted a special Holi celebration at her residence in Mumbai inviting her close friends and family. Anushka Kaushik who will be next seen in a prominent role along with Raveena Tandon in the upcoming film Patna Shuklla, not only shared a glimpse from the intimate celebration but also expressed her gratitude and happiness about celebrating the festival with her family away from home.
Taking to her Instagram story, Anushka reposted a video where she is seen dancing with the other attendees of the Holi bash. Further opening about celebrating the festival of colors with her co-star Raveena Tandon, Anushka Kaushik said, “Holi this year has been extremely special for me. Ever since I’ve moved out of my hometown for work, I miss celebrating this festival with family, but this year, it felt like I was home because Raveena Ma’am has become family to me now. I’m extremely grateful to my stars for not only making me a part of Patna Shuklla not just because it’s an exceptional story but also for the amazing experience of working with such an esteemed team. I am glad I got to be part of the intimate yet crazy and fun celebrations for Holi this year.”
Last seen in Netflix’s Lust Stories 2 alongside Kajol and Kumud Mishra, for her next, Anushka Kaushik will be seen in the character of Rinki Kumari, a young girl in college who fights the corrupt education system when her marksheet is rigged whereas Raveena essays the character of a lawyer, who is representing her case in this courtroom drama.
Patna Shuklla, which also stars an ensemble supporting cast like Chandan Roy Sanyal, Jatin Goswami, Manav Vij, and it is slated to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from March 29, 2024 onwards. The actress will also be seen sharing screen with late Satish Kaushik as well for the second time in this posthumous release of the actor.
