Animal Success Bash: Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol express their gratitude

The makers of Animal hosted a lavish success bash on January 6, after the Ranbir Kapoor starrer won hearts and earned a massive moolah at the box office. Apart from the entire cast and crew including Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and others, the party also saw a host of celebs like Alia Bhatt, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vidya Balan, and others making appearances. While giving a speech and thanking the guests who arrived at the bash, Ranbir and Bobby also decided to express their heartfelt gratitude.

In his speech, Ranbir Kapoor addressed the massive crowd at the bash wherein he not only expressed his happiness over the love he received at the event but also thanked the audience for accepting the film. He said, “The kind of love, success, and numbers we saw, the kind of turnout we have here, I think it just goes to prove that nothing goes beyond the love for a movie.” Ranbir essayed the titular character, named Ranvijay with Rashmika Mandanna essaying the role of his wife Gitanjali.

Meanwhile, Bobby Deol, who shot to immense fame yet again with his role as the villainous Abrar Haq, also addressed the crowd and expressed his gratitude not only towards them but also to his director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga. “All of this couldn’t have happened without Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He is a magician,” said Bobby. He went on to add, “He created characters which we all enjoyed playing. In fact, we were obsessed with our characters. He has given you guys entertainment. I have met people who have watched this film 3 to 4 times,” added the actor as he went on to express his love for audiences.

The film also features an ensemble cast with actors like Tripti Dimrii, Siddhant Karnick, Saloni Batra, among others playing pivotal roles. For the unversed, Animal is also all set to have a sequel titled Animal Park, which is expected to take off from where its prequel left off.
