National Crush Rashmika Mandanna has a fortunate connection with the month of December, with as many as four films, including her debut Kannada film, Kirik Party, Pushpa: The Rise, Chamak and Anjani Putra have released in this holiday season. Another coincidence is that all of these films have been showered with love from the audiences and critics alike. Now, Rashmika, who will be sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor in Animal, is said to yet again captivate audiences in the month of December with the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial.
Talking about her deep connection with December and the release of Animal, Rashmika Mandanna said, “The month of December has always been a lucky month for me. Starting from my debut with Kirik Party to Pushpa, Chamak, Anjani Putra, I have received immense love for all my movies that released in the month. Animal is going to be my fifth film that’s now releasing in December, and I’m really thrilled about it.”
Spilling beans about her character in Animal, she continued, “I’m eagerly waiting to see what audiences have to say about the movie and the character I’m essaying. It’s a very different role for me, something I’d have never imagined myself doing before. So I am very excited to see what fans and critics have to say!”
On the other hand, Rashmika Mandanna is expected to be running on a choc-a-block schedule currently. She is now all set to resume the second schedule of the much awaited Pushpa: The Rule this month alongside Allu Arjun. Besides that, she also has the female-centric drama Rainbow which is expected to hit the theatres soon.
Talking of Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, it is backed by T-Series and also features Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles. It is slated for release on December 1.
