Animal Box Office: Continues to be tremendous during weekdays too after a record 2nd weekend

Animal is continuing to exceed expectations with every passing day. It did that first in the opening weekend when it went past the Rs. 200 crores mark. Then it had a stupendous run during the initial weekdays as well before settling down on Wednesday and Thursday. The second week started on a very strong note when Friday collections were at the record levels but then it’s the huge growth on Saturday followed by consolidation on Sunday that has changed the game for the film.

No wonder, the film has embarked on a winning start during the weekdays as well now, what with yet another double-digit score coming on Monday. Films face a challenge to have a score of Rs. 10 crores on the weekdays of Week One and here Animal is managing to do so in the second week, which is simply commendable. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed film has not just crossed the Rs. 10 crores mark but then also added bit more to stand at Rs. 14.32 crores.

Currently standing at Rs. 448.34 crores, the film will not just cross the Rs. 475 crores mark in a jiffy but also make a much more rapid pace than expected towards the Rs. 500 crores mark. While it’s a given that in the final run, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer will go past the score of Rs. 550 crores, it has to be seen how much more does it manage to collect beyond that.
