Alia Bhatt likes a video showcasing an ‘unexplored sensitive’ side of Ranbir Kapoor amid reports of latter disrespecting her during 100th anniversary of Raj Kapoor

It is a known fact that the 100th anniversary of late cinematic legend Raj Kapoor was celebrated with much love and prosperity. The grand event saw many stars of the Kapoor Khandan come together, including the power couples Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, among others. During the same, a short clip of Ranbir ignoring his wife Alia gained momentum and went viral on social media. While it sparked trolls on the platform, with netizens calling out the alleged ‘rude’ behaviour of the Kapoor boy, Bhatt has once again jumped in defense of her husband.

After many netizens trolled Ranbir Kapoor and commented on the way he treats Alia Bhatt, the latter has liked a video which shows the ‘different side’ of the Kapoor boy. The video insists that the clip that went viral was just a misrepresentation of the love that Ranbir shares for Alia and presented several moments from the 100th anniversary celebration of Raj Kapoor where the power couple are seen holding hands. During some other moments, the Animal actor is also seen helping out his wife as she attempts to navigate through the steps and crowd in a saree. While some netizens have come to her defense appreciating the actress for taking a stand against trolls, some others have questioned her constant need to ‘justify’ her husband’s love for her.

On the other hand, Ranbir’s sister Ridhima Kapoor has jumped in defense of the couple and showered praise on Alia Bhatt. She told the channel Zoom, “They adore each other. They’ve created the most beautiful ever child, Raha. She is so so adorable. They are amazing parents. So, I don’t think they really care about what people say.” She also went on to add, “Alia is actually a very warm and giving person. I’ve said this all the time, she’s really nice human. Whenever she does something, she does it dil se, wholeheartedly. She will go out and make sure it’s done.”
