90 Day Fiance: Steven Johnston & Alina Wed in Turkey

Steven Johnston and Alina joined TLC’s popular show during the third season of The Other Way. He left his life in America to be with her in Turkey. The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple’s tourist visa in Turkey was quickly running out. So, they had to decide if they were going to wed or not. Despite all the trust issues, they decided to move forward with becoming husband and wife. They had a beautiful wedding ceremony. However, their family and friends were not there to witness the moment. The only wedding guests they had were the neighborhood cats.

Steven and Alina had a lot to figure out after their wedding. They had to decide where they were going to live, and she also had to decide if she was going to get baptized into the Mormon church. Yet, they felt that these decisions were only going to strengthen them as a couple.

Steven & Alina Travel Through Asia

Steven and Alina have been married for almost four years. Despite the ups and downs in the early stages of their relationship, they have been able to work through all their issues. They also didn’t move to Russia but instead stayed in Turkey. They lived there for a while until they felt it was time to continue their journey elsewhere.

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast members spent some time in Asia, traveling through Vietnam and Thailand. They even spent some time with fellow castmates David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan while in Thailand.

Alina and Steven were grateful to have David and Annie welcome them into the country. They will cherish the moments they had with David and Annie. They feel “blessed” to have them as friends. But their time in Thailand did come to an end. However, they didn’t leave Asia.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Couple Move to China

Alina recently revealed that she and Steven Johnston have made a big move. They had been living in China for three months when they decided they had nowhere else to go. She explains that they were unsure if they could get another residency permit in Turkey. So, they decided to travel while waiting for her US visa.

However, the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way celebs didn’t get any updates on the visa. So, Steven and Alina decided to “settle down and live a normal life.” They felt that China was the best option. Four months later, they got their Chinese residency permit. Now, they are embracing this new chapter in their lives.
