Sophie Sierra made her reality television debut on the tenth season of TLC’s popular show. She met her American lover, Rob Warne, on social media. After being in a long-distance relationship, they felt it was time to take things to the next step. So, they applied for a fiance visa, and she moved to America.

Sophie Wears a Wig on TV after Hair Loss

Sophie has been getting a lot of comments from viewers about the wig she wears on the show. So, she reveals why she hid her natural hair. She explains that for most of her life, her hair was healthy. She had naturally brown curly hair.

The 90 Day Fiance cast member has dyed her hair many different colors. So, she decided “stupidly” to go blonde. She thought, “Why not.” She then bleached her hair platinum blonde. Bleaching her hair damaged it. She says it was in “bad condition.”

Sophie stopped bleaching her hair. However, she explains that due to stress and her hair already being weak, it “just fell out” a week before she was going to start filming for the show. She feels that her hair looks like a mullet. So, she started to focus on getting her hair healthy. She didn’t want to bleach her hair again, which is why she had brown roots on the show.

Sophie explains that she decided to wear a wig on the show since she felt she didn’t have any hair. She wasn’t trying to hide her natural hair. She felt she had to wear one. However, she didn’t know anything about wigs. So, she thinks it looked weird on the show because she didn’t know how to style it.

90 Day Fiance Celeb Focuses on Hair Growth

Sophie Sierra had been focusing on getting her hair healthy again. She went back to her natural color and started to take care of it. Her hair did start to get healthy and grow back again. So, she was happy with the progress she was seeing.

However, the 90 Day Fiance castmate’s hair then started to fall out again. And, this time, it was worse. She was bald at the side of her head. She blames the hair loss on dealing with a lot of stress.

After a year of progress, Sophie had to start her hair journey from the beginning again. However, she is once again seeing positive progress. She is happy to have healthy hair again and no longer wears a wig.
