Sarper Guven is against Shekinah Garner getting a third nose job on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. He doesn’t like not being in control. But she isn’t going to let him stop her from getting the results she wants.

Sarper Guven goes with Shekinah Garner to see the surgeon a day before she is scheduled to have a rhinoplasty procedure. She is the one going under the knife. However, she thinks he is more nervous than she is, so she feels she has to comfort him.

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast member has always wanted to get a nose job since she was a teenager. So, she got two. She got the first one 17 years ago, and the second was seven years ago.

However, Shekinah admits she wasn’t happy with the results. Now, she is getting her third nose job. She hopes that “the third time is the charm.”

Sarper Tries to Convince Shekinah to Cancel Surgery

Sarper tells the doctor that he is more nervous than Shekinah. So, he asks how long the surgery takes. The doctor tells him three hours. And that doesn’t sit well with him.

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way castmate reveals that he tried his best to convince her not to get the surgery. He told he that she is “already beautiful” and that she is “starting to look like a factory production.” He feels that every woman is starting to look like each other.

Sarper admits that he doesn’t want Shekinah to look like every other lady, but she wants to get the surgery. So, he feels it is out of his control. However, he does find a way to gain control over the surgery.

Sarper Guven asks the doctor if he could show him how he wants Shekinah Garner’s nose to look like. She explains that he has a vision of how he wants her nose to look. He feels that if he is the one who is going to have to look at it every day, he should have a say in how it looks. He knows that he can’t cancel the surgery. So, he at least wants control of the outcome.

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way reality star asks the doctor if he could be in the operating room. The doctor tells Sarper he can’t because he will bother them. But he insists that he will stay out of the way and in the corner.

On the day of the surgery, Shekinah is excited. She has wanted to get this surgery for a long time. However, instead of preparing herself for the surgery, she is focusing on calming Sarper down. She feels that the focus should be on her and not his anxiety. Yet, he doesn’t like that he won’t be in control of how the surgery goes.
