Kirsten Schoemaker slams the backlash she got on the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Tell-All. She isn’t staying quiet about the treatment she got on the reunion show.
Kirsten Schoemaker made her reality television debut on The Other Way. She went to America to visit her boyfriend, Julio Moya. He had applied for a visa to move to the Netherlands with her. He promised that he would move there in a couple of months. But, there were a lot of issues in their relationship.
The 90 Day Fiance reality star kept his girlfriend a secret from his family. He didn’t tell them about her until she was on her way to America. And when he dropped the news that he was moving to the Netherlands to be with her, his mother was not happy.
In the end, Julio breaks up with Kirsten. He explains that the timing isn’t right to leave America. He feels his mother still needs him to help with his younger siblings. But she had a feeling that there was another reason for the breakup.
Kirsten’s time on The Other Way with Julio didn’t last long. He never moved to the Netherlands, and their relationship didn’t last. However, there was a lot to discuss on the reunion special.
Julio reveals that the TLC star was talking to another man while they were together. However, she claims that he is just a really good friend. But when he discovers that she deleted messages between her and this good friend, he confronts her and records the conversation.
The 90 day Fiance: The Other Way cast member plays the recording on the reunion special. Many of the fellow cast members take his side and feel she is lying to him about her friendship with this man.
Kirsten then drops the news that Julio was talking to another lady while they were dating. She explains that he met this lady at a wedding. They are now dating. So, she thinks that is the reason why he broke up with her.
Kirsten Schoemaker got a lot of backlash from other cast members for talking to another guy. However, she reveals that the recorded conversation took place two months before filming. So, she feels that if it was such an issue, why would Julio Moya want to be on the show?
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way castmate also got backlash from fellow cast members for calling this man “Papi.” Tim Malcolm says that it is a term of endearment. He didn’t think she used it in a friendly way. However, he was later called out by Armando Rubio for calling Kenny Niedermeier “Daddy.”
Kirsten reveals that Tim never apologized to her for being a “hypocrite” towards her. He did the same thing to Kenny as she did to her friend.
