90 Day Fiance: Jasmine Pineda Drops the Ex Bomb – Before The 90 Days – Recap [S6E13]

And On 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, Jasmine Pineda has yet another meltdown and shocks Gino Palazzolo by admitting she’s been cheating with her ex. Sheila Mangubat looks forward to a do-over with David Dangerfield. Amanda Wilhelm backpedals after being mean to Razvan Ciocoi. Riley just can’t stop ruining opportunities with Violet. And Christian makes a bad decision after a couple pints at the pub. Hold on to your hats and let’s break it all down in this recap of Season 6, Episode 13 Modern Romance.

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days: Jasmine Pineda Shocks Gino Palazzolo

On 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are no strangers to blowout fights over menial things like the lack of a proper potato peeler.

But this week things really got heated when Jasmine demanded another month in her luxury high rise at the Panamanian Towers. The same apartment complex where her ex Dane lives. Things started off ok with Jasmine treating Gino to some spa treatments and a massage.

Gino lies passive in a fuzzy brown robe over his trademark tropical print tourist shirt and hat. Jasmine Pineda starts quizzing him about the timeline of her visa and demanding he continue forking over 3 grand a month for her crib.

Gino wants to downgrade her to a more reasonably priced pad. This puts Jasmine into a blind rage. Each throw each other’s clothing on the floor. A hysterical Jasmine Pineda locks herself in the bathroom. Opening the door only to toss the electric toothbrush he gifted her to the floor.

The fight continues on 90 Day Fiance. Jasmine Pineda sobs. She just wants to be loved. And says Gino easily afforded sugar babies but becomes a cheapo weirdo when it comes to her.

Later in an aside, she suggests she should be the most important person in his life, even above family. Gino Palazzolo says it’s a tie and Jasmine screams that she is going back to her ex who she was sleeping with as recently as a month ago. Gino calls her a wh**e. Can someone please go check on Coco the dog?

90 Day Fiance: Sheila Mangubat Wants to Try Again with David Dangerfield

On 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, David Dangerfield is a man on a mission. He sets out alone in the streets of the Philippines to buy an engagement ring for Sheila Mangubat. His interpreter Aimee is unavailable.

It’s hard communicating with the people in the streets because of the language barrier even with typing on a phone. Plus, he’s unsure of the timing of proposing since her mom just passed. The clerk at the ring store isn’t the friendliest. But he scores a ring for under a hundred dollars. He says Sheila is worth it.

The couple head to a romantic weekend at sea. Sheila Mangubat is excited to try things out in the bedroom with David. Since the first time his banana was too big for her donut. Sheila admits that she wasn’t prepared for the size of his American D.

The pair check into a nice hotel.  She’s thrilled with the luxury accommodations. David Dangerfield presses her as to why she didn’t try to learn sign language earlier. She promises to try. But she deflects by suggesting a shower together. And he is more than happy to oblige.

Amanda Wilhelm Has Second Thoughts

The most boring 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days non-love story continues to play out. Amanda Wilhelm finally consummated her relationship with Razvan Ciocoi, internet boy-toy. But really it was only after his bikini clad friend called her on her bulls**t.

So afterward she compared him to her deceased ex-husband and not in a good way. She taunted him about coming to America and having to work as a janitor until he makes it as an actor.

She fears she’ll be working all day while he makes shirtless TikToks flipping pancakes in her kitchen while licking Nutella off a spatula. Razvan weeps. The thought of pushing a broom in a jumpsuit is too much to bear. Amanda squirts out a few tears too for effect.

They drive back to his home, and she starts backpedaling. She doesn’t want to break up. She wants to work it out. Razvan Ciocoi agrees bit the shine is off. Amanda Wilhelm gets clingy and tries to give him affection, but he can’t get past her being a mean girl.

Before The 90 Days: Riley Is a Real Buzzkill

Violet and Riley hit an open air market in Ho Chi Minh City. He’s leaving soon. And the pair wasted a lot of time fighting. She suggests they try durian fruit. Riley isn’t a fan likening it to dog excrement sauteed in garlic and butter.

Then he gags over street smells. Violet reminds him that he’s a killjoy. He still wants her to admit that she regrets texting nasty things about him to his dad. She somewhat says she does and he asks if he can hold her hand and leave before he pukes up durian.

Later on 90 Day Fiance, the couple decide to sightsee on a double decker bus. Things are going great until Riley pulls yet another Debbie Downer and tells Violet he called a private investigator to possibly check her background.

She is appalled and suggests he doesn’t have the right to do this in her country. Riley tries to spin it that background checks are super common in the states. And it really isn’t a big deal. But it is to her and now she just wants to go home.

Christian Gets Too Friendly at the Pub

Christian and Cleo head to a costume shop for some cosplay on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days. The clerk measures Christian for a costume and is eager to let him know he is small in the neck. Especially for a man. Like it’s the skinniest neck he’s ever measured. They have fun.

In spite of publicly being called out on TV as a pencil neck. And Christian gifts Cleo a silver necklace and mentions the L word. Cleo feels good about all of this. And they part so she can go to her class.

Christian bounces in to the neighborhood pub for a few old fashioneds and some banter with an American girl he meets at the bar. He goes home tipsy. And scarfs down what wine is left in the house. Cleo arrives home and he gives her a kiss and pours her the smidge of wine he didn’t finish in the bottle.

He admits he chatted up the American and actually invited her to their thanksgiving dinner. Cleo finds this weird as does everyone else in the world. Oh well, better grab a few more cans of creamed corn.

TLC Odd Couple Nicola Kanaan and Meisha Johnson Clear a Hurdle

Nicola Kanaan is sure that his family isn’t going to approve of Meisha Johnson on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days. Meisha wants him to explain to his mom and brothers that she’s divorced with children.  Nicola is silent and uncomfortable.

His brothers want to know what’s going on. And they are happy but surprised to hear Nicola and Meisha are romantically involved, and possibly getting engaged. Even Nicola’s mom is happy with this news.  After all he’s not getting any younger.

Nicola tortured Meisha with the warning that nobody will like or accept her once they find out she actually was married and (gasp) has two children. Nicola’s mom doesn’t care. She breathes a sigh of relief that she will no longer have to cut the crust off his pb&j’s.

And can stay in her jammies and catch the third hour of Israel Today. Later Meisha Johnson calls Nicola Kanaan out as being the one with a problem. He denies it and reminds her she’s not in Minnesota anymore. Till next time!
